EHC Needs
Assessment

Comprehensive support for parental EHC needs assessment requests including:

  • support for parents to make their own request

  • reviewing parental EHC needs assessment requests before submission

  • drafting EHC needs assessment requests on behalf of parents

EHCP and Draft
EHCP Checks

A thorough review of your EHCP or draft EHCP to ensure all language is lawfully compliant and enforcable, all needs and provisions are accurately identified, and professional reports are thoroughly cross-referenced.  For draft EHCPs, this service will be completed within your 15 calendar day deadline, and a parental response drafted to return to you LA.

Support throughout the Annual Review process including:

  • a comprehensive case review and pre-meeting preparation,

  • online support at the annual review meeting

  • post-meeting follow-up

  • draft EHCP check following the annual review

Meeting Support

We support parents at meetings with school staff, Local Authorities and other professionals including TAF/CAFs, co-productions and other SEND meetings.

Tribunal Appeal support for all types of appeal.  This includes:
